Any SEO for a client Selling Cannabidiol CBD Oil?

Ali
Need Suggestion
I have a client, we are selling cannabidiol (CBD) oil, and it seems like Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in this niche is risky and time taking step, because we have invested our year on it and suddenly within Google CBD, health update it drop. And i can see only reputable sites like webmd, healthline on top positions.
Now the question is how i can increase leads? Currently Getting 2 3 calls in average a day.
Need to boost it to atleast 10 to 15 calls a day.
Google is not accepting ads, fb is not accepting ads.
What to do? Please help.

Right off the top of my head, I might start creating tons of cannabidiol (CBD) niche content for the blog, create tons of Pinterest pins and Quora questions, and possibly YouTube and Tiktok and lead everyone into a CBD Facebook Group, but maybe capture their info with a CBD lead magnet so you are building a REAL list at the same time.
But for niche content on Pinterest think:
β€’ CBD for Kids
β€’ CBD for Cats
β€’ CBD for Dogs
β€’ CBD for Anxiety
β€’ CBD Neutropic combinations
Go explore and find niche questions you can answer/discuss and just pump out tons of content and get it out to a bunch of places.

I have multiple clients and friends in this space. If your targeting the head terms and your link building budget isn't $20k+ per month, you're wasting your time.
Target the buying long tail terms with laser focused content and a handful of good links (read that as expensive) is how I'd approach needing 10-15 leads per day.

I disagree. I have a client with a backlinks budget of Β£500 per month and they're doing Β£30k months. Yes it took 2 years to get there, but as Ryan said, focus on niche content. All comes down to keyword research and niche backlinks being built.

Key word in my statement: head terms
Nobody is on the first page of Google for 'cbd oil' for 500 pounds/month.
Keshwala
I'm guessing you're not talking about the UK market?
Yes I'm talking about head terms on page one, positions 1-3. Β£500 backlinks budget. Link inserts on health related sites with strong traffic/rankings. Well optimised content on collections. Faqs, long tail keywords all the standard stuff. Pillar content etc.
I'm not trying to wave my dick here. I'm saying smaller budgets can also compete in this niche.

Your too late to the cbd game. All the players are already established. Unless you have $10-20k per month to spend on links your toast

1 on this. I'm working with 3 firms currently who all have 500k+ to play with and even they are insecure it's simply not enough and placing hundreds for them means them alone are funding a whole new database just to keep up πŸ˜…
The advice from Ryan is on the money but still worthless if you're not backing it up with hundreds of choice links.
The "trust filter" is just so much harder these days.
We don't even dare enter this space without clear verification and lab results across most batches customers can download and aging domains out for 6 months with nothing but informational content. Would love some other guys to chime in on any tricks they've had in the medical space to get around these filters cc Matt Diggity

It depends on the gambling terms πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

I'm not going into that niche while Yashar Ghaffarloo is in it. πŸ™‚
James πŸ‘‘πŸŽ©
Smart move πŸ˜‰ Google trends data shows that Yashars sites actually get more demand then the niche themselves.
He's messing up all the ahrefs/clickstream data globally πŸ˜…πŸ˜…
It's weird to watch the correlations with our own cbd sites and see them all dieing a slow and painful death whilst he thrives πŸ˜€

I see lots of dropping spammy domains with exact match cbd anchors every day. People would not be doing churn and burn if it didn't work πŸ™‚ Given this is an aggressive niche similar to gambling etc. and Google is less restrictive in those (because if they ban you, you can't transition to Adwords anyway so why bother that much) and your budget is small compared to the big ones… The way to go might be the very black hat way πŸ˜ƒ Multiple exact match domains and spam till it lasts πŸ™‚ Bonus advice – if they get a link penalty, pump the metrics and include them in Backlinks.com, Magenet etc. and get the small microsite investment back by auto-selling cheap links as there will be demand and not all buyers are smart. This way you can scale this shit forever as it's basically a zero cost operationπŸ™‚ You will also sell some domains by accident if you go big on this, further reducing costs.
Not your usual advice for client SEO but… desperate times, desperate measures πŸ™‚

Very naughty Kalin πŸ₯Ί people are willingly buying links on slapped sites?
Kalin πŸŽ“ Β» James
All the time, if you do churn and burn you don't really vet links that much, just buy in the hundreds πŸ™‚

Don't play by the rules! Create new blue ocean something that isn't cbd head tail but could be adjacent.. to educate those that would consider cannabidiol (CBD) .. find a way to get email via unique download (not an ebook) and then drip campaign to a low cost sample offer .. iterate email funnel
As mentioned before the cbd players are already established it's pointless to attack unless you have proper budget .. creative ideas only win here when money is low.
